Rules for Premade Layouts

1. You MUST keep the image copyright on, and you must provide a link back to Dervish Designs on EVERY PAGE of your site.

2. You MAY NOT claim anything as your own.

3. Do not rip our images or edit them in any way without our permission.

4. For free layouts: we will not change/edit anything on the layout.

5. You may NOT use all of our layouts in a layout changer. It is not fair to us - we spend lots of time on them.

6. For paid layouts: you may only have minor things changed. When requesting a paid layout, tell us any changes you would like and we will decide if they are acceptable to be changed.

7. You may not make graphics such as buttons or avatars from our layouts without our permission. Please contact us if you would like to may something out of the layout and we will get back to you.
